This course covers both the theoretical and practical elements of the slinger / signaller role, with a view to passing the technical test of your chosen accreditation.
This course is aimed at construction workers who wish to gain a CPCS or NPORS card to undertake the role of a Slinger / Signaller.
Anyone who will be undertaking the Slinger / Signaller role on-site needs to be trained. This course will provide candidates with the knowledge and skills to safely operate as a Slinger / Signaller.
Both novice and experienced operators are eligible for this course, but the course length will be dependent upon previous experience. All candidates must have passed the Health, Safety and Environment touch-screen test within the last two years.
Our training courses have both practical and theory elements, so all candidates should have good English verbal and writing skills.
We can offer the choice for CPCS or NPORS certification.
The technical test for both certifications at the end of the course includes a theory and practical test.
Revision and additional practice time will be available to all candidates. Our training centre environment reflects an actual construction site and has welfare and classroom facilities ensuring candidates have a relaxed and enjoyable experience whilst training and testing.
